Short term apartment rentals and management services.
Urban Short Stay provides apartment rentals for short term period, starting from 3-month contract and up to 16-month contract. Next to that, the company also offers property owners managed services that include contract administration, tenants selection, and property listings. We were asked to help the company to create a landing page where property owners can sign up to their managed services, connected to ActiveCampaign for automated email marketing. Additionally, we were also asked to create a concept for their new website. We gladly took up the challenge!
